Description:	Eidolon is a youthfully adult male anthro-otter who's a little bit... touched. He's not incredibly eye-catching, though pleasant-looking enough to get by; somewhere between five and six feet tall, his lower half is covered only by a pair of well-fit dark cargo pants, but the rest of his body is built and colored just as one might expect for one of his species and kind. Most of his pelt is a rich, healthy dark brown, with a lighter and fluffier cream-color over his cheeks and neck and chest and belly, as well as on the underside of his tail when it's exposed. Everything about him speaks of balance; his eyes are dark and deep but bright and quick, his build softly and plumply well-fed but not so much as to obscure the rippling of muscle beneath, his voice and smile clear and quick but not entirely candid... But most people who hang around Eidolon for a little while will come away agreeing that there's something missing or different or just a little bit... off about him. It isn't how he looks, exactly; the way he accessorizes may not be quite 'normal', with a perfectly-circular and darkly-lustrous black bracelet around each wrist and a matching tailring snugly fit about the middle of his thick and powerful tail, while often his head is decorated by a couple of bright-blue feathers in his back headfur, but while these might be curious they never amount to worse than an eye-catching distraction. More interesting is the way he'll often have some portion of his fur 'painted' with large, bright and sigil-like dyed markings, but that's a harmless sort of curiosity. As for the strange part, well... There's a lot of strange things that happen, hereabouts and elsewhere. Maybe when reverting from some unplanned and especially aberrant transformation, Eidolon's head didn't go back to quite exactly the way it was supposed to be; maybe after the umpteenth re-creation of a body to house his being, his mental connections have started to show the effects of being nth-order copies of a long-lost original... whatever the reason, though, his head doesn't quite seem to work the same as most people's anymore. It's not that he's stupid or simple; he's as sharp as anybody, maybe a little sharper, and it's not that he doesn't know what's going on; his eyes and ears and nose aren't exactly small, and they're not exactly for decoration, either. It's just that there's a bit of a disconnect, somewhere... if you want to find out for yourself, why not talk with him a little? He really is very friendly, often ranging into playful and even bordering on snuggly; it just might help a little if things like 'friend' and 'play' meant the same thing to him as to everyone else, that's all... --- (OOC notes and related stuff!) -Eidolon likes roleplaying in a lot of different ways. If you want to just start playing and let it go where the characters take it, that's great; if you've got a specific thing or two you're really looking for, that's awesome too. :9 The character and player are reasonably versatile and flexible in what kind of situation and role is to be taken on. Whispers on any subject are always welcome, whether just to chat, to set up/clarify a scene, or to ask some more serious chat-related question. -This player has a considerable dislike of 'powerplaying' (which is not the same as playing a powerful character), but for this character OOC consent IS automatically given for whatever another player might be inclined to have a character do to him. Also, this player will never go against another player's explicitly stated OOC preference, provided it is known a reasonable amount of time in advance. (So if your preferences are clearly marked, and he gets into a scene with you, he'll respect 'em, plain and simple.) -Eidolon is not cross-fertile, which is to say that physical intimacy with other species cannot possibly lead to offspring (which doesn't at all stop him from pursuing it!). To clarify, Eidolon is only capable of siring children with any creature who is best described as being of otterkind or tree-swallowkind (huh?). Extenuating circumstances could factor in, but the default assumption is incompatibility. --- A few quick notes on preferences: for this player, vore is almost always -desirable- but not by any means always necessary. Soft or partially-soft vore is preferred (mostly-whole, mostly-conscious). Some manner of digestion/absorption/etc is strongly prefered but not -absolutely- necessary all the time. Creative/unusual abilities/setups/vore-methods are very much enjoyed; reformation or lack thereof can be determined by preference, scenes can either be part of a larger 'continuity' or be self-contained/'one-off'.
